Refunds:

Made to Order or custom items are not refundable. All made to order/custom transactions are final, please make sure you read all dimensions and information in the individual listing. Please email if you have any questions prior to ordering.

Ready to ship items are refundable within 3 days of receiving item. After received and 3 days have passed all sales are final and not eligible for returns. Item must be unworn and unaltered from original state. You will be refunded minus any shipping charges. Buyer is also responsible for any return postage fee's.

Custom Orders:
I do not take returns on custom work.

Repairs:

Remember every MeShe piece is made with tender, love, and care please handle accordingly. Jewelry is durable but must be stored properly and gently handled to extend life of jewelry.
If for any reason during the life of your MeShe piece needs repair, please contact me through Etsy or email(meshedesigns@yahoo.com).

Custom Orders:

Initial contact please include what it is that your heart desires, colors, length, necklace, earrings etc. Please be as specific as possible, if you see a recently sold item, and are interested in recreating please include name or item number.

Cleaning and Care:

To clean any piece made by MeShe Designs just use a mild soap and water. Gently work lather into piece and rinse thoroughly, then pat dry with clean paper towel/cloth. This is the safest and most effective way to keep your jewels shining! Store jewelry either in a sealed air tight Ziploc, original box, or hang in your jewelry box to prevent any tangles!
